We have 2 programs, one for non-athlete students who want to learn more about mental training and one for everyone else (Regular OMT User). Each program will be customized to fit your individual needs whether you are a business professional, athlete or anyone who has to perform under pressure.

2. Create a Free Account

Sports Anxiety

Fill in a few fields and then prove you're a human (no aliens or web-bots allowed!). You need an account so we can store the results of your issue assessment. There is no obligation to buy anything at this point.

3. Take a Free Issue Assessment

Mental Fitness

Take a few minutes to complete the issue assessment across 9 potential areas of improvement. It's pretty quick and painless and will give you a list of the top mental areas you can improve. Data from this assessment is used to generate your custom Mental Training Program (MTP).

4. Join OMT

Mental Fitness

As soon as you complete your Issue Assessment, OMT automatically creates your MTP. If you're ready to see your program and get started improving your mental skills, click on the Get Started button. After you enter some credit card information and complete the purchase, you'll be able to log into OMT.

5. Dashboard

Sports Anxiety

When you first come into OMT, you'll see your Dashboard where you can complete tasks in your Mental Reminders area and set some goals. The navigation bar enables you to easily see your program as well as reports.

6. View Your Program

Mental Fitness

There are 3 levels of Solutions within OMT Base, Advanced and Master. Everyone starts at the Base level because there are some important things to prepare and understand before seeing your custom program at the Advanced level. The Master level allows you to further refine and strengthen your skills.

7. Solutions and Resources

Each Level within OMT presents you with Solutions. Each Solution has a set of Resources. These Resources are in the form of videos, audios, presentations and exercises designed to help you improve your issues.

8. Mental Reminders

Mental Fitness

After you finish watching all the Resources for a Solution, you can add Tasks to your Mental Reminders list so you can practice what you've just learned. You manage your Tasks from your Dashboard area.

9. Completing a Level

Sports Anxiety

After you finish each Solution, you'll click the checkbox to mark the Solution complete. When all the Solutions in the Level are complete, a test will unlock so you can see whether you're ready for the next level.
